Amazing location, 2 minute walk to the beach. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Stayed in the Deluxe Studio which was a big room with a patio terrace area. Very clean and food is great too.

Buon ristorante aperto solo a pranzo in bassa stagione e bella piscina con sauna, purtroppo non sono riuscita ad usufruire la vasca idromassaggio, nonostante molto vicino al caos di Puerto del Carmen è un posto estremamente silenzioso con un letto molto comodo, se mi muniti di auto consiglio di cenare a 'la ermita' a tre km circa ma ne vale veramente la pena, check-in anticipato molto gradito alle ore 11, da ritornare sicuramente!!

Nice clean and quiet apartment block Great pool and pool bar good location friendly staff especially Andreas who went the extra mile when I checked out giving me a pool towel and allowing me to use the shower room even though you are supposed to book this all in all a great stay and will definitely return

You get what you pay for. Average basic apartment, standard of cleaning not the best. But these ladies probably have a heavy work load and time restraints. Hard beds with hard very stained pillows & poor quality stained bedding. The receptionist arranged a softer, cleaner pillow. A broken coffee jug, toaster & remote control were also quickly replaced. Reception staff were very good with this. The initial room we were allocated had a view of a busy junction, not the garden view we were expecting. We changed rooms the next morning. Best rooms have the pool view as there isn’t much garden just the roads. Good for a budget break. Close to everything, the tacky ***** and the old town. Bus service was good to Playa Blanca.

For a winter break these apartments are perfect. The pool area is recently refurbished and very clean with nice sun beds. It’s perfectly located for the main town and its many bars and restaurants. All the staff were very friendly. A special mention for Lumy who runs the pool bar/restaurant with a lovely smile. She deserves a pay rise! Will return soon

Had a lovely 10 nights stay ,quick check in and room was lovely modern and clean . Unfortuantly rooms only cleaned every 3rd day, towels became smelly and asked to put toilet paper in bin which was also left for 3 days.There was a large ceiling fan which was a great help. The pool area was excellent and there was plenty of sunbeds but could do with some extra umbrellas.The pool bar served great food all day and Nicolette was amazing.The location was great with the old town only a 7-8 min walk.There are quite steep hills to contended with when returning from the main ***** and beach .

We stayed for two weeks. On our arrival, there was a problem with the booking and we didn’t get the room that our agent sold us. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and upgraded us into an empty room without extra charge. The apartments are nice and peaceful and give you a good chance to relax, but it’s a very short walk to either the seafront bars or the old town. As with everywhere in Puerto de Carmen, it’s a bit of a downhill ride to the seafront and a climb back to the accommodation , but at least you get your steps in! The on-site bar did some very nice breakfast and tapas dishes, with sensibly priced drinks. There is a supermarket about 200 yards away and whilst you can’t drink your own alcohol by the bar you can stock up your room with it. The kitchenette in the rooms is good enough to do some basic snacks. The staff in the bar were always very friendly and helpful. We would definitely return here for a relaxing break.

Great location, lovely chilled pool area with plenty of loungers. Good restaurant for breakfast, lunch and drinks. Good cocktails. Friendly staff at reception and bar. Good room with comfy bed. This will be my go to hotel in Lanzarote now.
